Parkd (ASX:PKD) has entered an exclusivity agreement with Fielders Steel Roofing (a division of Bluescope Steel (ASX:BSL) in respect of the proposed licensing of PARKD’s Metal Deck Support System IP.

Sunshine Metals (ASX:SHN) is raising $3m via a placement at $0.014 per share to accelerate drilling activities at the Ravenswood consolidated project. 

Vulcan Energy (ASX:VUL) has been granted a new geothermal and lithium brine exploration licence, Luftbrücke, covering a region of Frankfurt am Main. That’s an area with potential industrial customers like the Höchst Chemical Park and Frankfurt Airport. 

All five drillholes have intersected nickel sulphides at Adavale Resources’s (ASX:ADD) Luhuma Central prospect at the Tanzanian Kabanga Jirani project.

Alma Metals (ASX:ALM) has achieved the Stage-1 Earn-In requirements to reach an initial 30% interest in the Briggs, Mannersley and Fig Tree Hill joint venture in Queensland with Canterbury Resources (ASX:CBY).

Diablo Resources (ASX:DBO) is raising $1m via a placement at $0.035 per share to fund the completion of drilling at its Devil’s Canyon project in Nevada, USA and King Solomon project in Idaho, USA. 

Ioneer (ASX:INR) says test results suggest Type 3 mineralisation (lithium with low boron and low clay content) at its its Ryholite Ridge project in the USA could be processed via heap or vat leaching methods, similar to those employed for the Type 1 mineralisation (lithium with high boron and low clay content).

QX Resources (ASX:QXR) has welcomed Bayrock Resources – which it has a 39% stake in – in an announcement noting they’ve expanded the mineral lease around the Vuostok nickel-copper project in Sweden by 34km2 to now total 130km2.

Meeka Metals (ASX:MEK) has completed a gravity survey and recommenced drilling at its Murchison gold project in WA.

Strategic Energy Resources (ASX:SER) has commenced a Magnetotelluric (MT) survey at the Mundi project in New South Wales. 

South Harz Potash (ASX:SHP) says the initial consultation and hearing process has now been completed with key local, NGO and regulatory stakeholders for Ohmgebirge potash project in Germany.
