Mr Richardson has spent more than 30 years developing business opportunities in China, where he has an extensive business network, and is fluent in Mandarin. He has held senior positions in industry and government, and has vast experience in both the private and public sectors. He was previously General Manager of a blue-chip Australian company in Shanghai, amongst other senior roles, and was also an Australian Trade Commissioner in the Australian Embassy in Beijing as well as Manager China for Western Australia’s Department of Industry and Resources. Over the past eight years Mr Richardson has been involved in developing resource projects and in attracting investment to these projects.

Mr Knox is a qualified geologist with more than 20 years’ experience as an exploration geologist and a mining geologist for a number of companies in Australia. He is well travelled and has advised Anson on mining projects in a number of countries including Guatemala, Brazil, the Philippines, South Africa and the USA. Mr Knox is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, and is qualified as a ‘Competent Person’ as defined in the 2012 Edition of the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves.

Mr van Uffelen is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years’ experience with major accounting firms, investment banks and public companies. He is an experienced director, CFO and company secretary, actively engaged in managing companies. Michael was formerly Company Secretary and CFO of Anson Resources and is very familiar with the Company’s activities and ambitions for its Paradox Lithium Project in Utah, USA. Mr van Uffelen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia.
