Armada Metals (ASX:AMM) has raised $1.2 million before costs at $0.02 per share to fund Stage 1 exploration at the Bend nickel project in Zimbabwe which the company picked up in July, along with exploration on the Nyanga project in Gabon.

Intra Energy (ASX:IEC) has entered binding agreement to acquire 12 mineral claims adjacent to its Llama lithium project in the James Bay region of Québec, Canada. 

RightCrowd (ASX:RCW) has wrapped up the sale of its Workforce Access, Visitor Management and Presence Control businesses. 

Oliver’s Real Food (ASX:OLI) signed two store leases at Pheasant Nest food courts on the busy Hume Highway in NSW.

In a separate announcement today, OLI also flagged their unaudited July EBIT profit was “inadvertently overstated” and was actually $56k, up 37% on the previous year – not $161k, up by 293% as previously stated.

And Tamboran Resources (ASX:TBN) has commenced drilling the Amungee NW 3H (A3H) well at its 38.75% owned exploration permit EP 98 with the Helmerich & Payne (NYSE:HP) in the Beetaloo Basin in the NT.
