GCX Metals (ASX:GCX) has kicked off diamond drilling co-funded by the WA state government to test iron oxide copper-gold targets at its Onslow project in the Pilbara.

Online cosmetics retailer Adore Beauty (ASX:ABY) today confirmed it has received a non-binding, conditional and indicative proposal from THG (LON:THG) for 100% of the shares of the company by way of a scheme of arrangement for A$1.25-1.30 cash per share.

Hannans (ASX:HNR) says project consultant, Greenhouse, has secured a European grant for lithium-ion phosphate battery recycling technology through its participation in the ReLiFe project, aimed at establishing a pilot plant for lithium ferrous phosphate (LFP) battery recycling.

Invictus Energy (ASX:IVZ) has successfully kicked off the vertical sidetrack drilling at the Mukuyu-2 well at its Cabora Bassa project in Zimbabwe.

Bindi Metals (ASX:BIM) has uncovered a 2km copper-gold-zinc soil anomaly, a second anomalous zone and a new prospect during a regional soil program and survey at its Biloela project in QLD.

Adavale Resources (ASX:ADD) says satellite imagery has identified paleochannels which could potentially host uranium mineralisation at its South Australian projects at Lake Surprise and Mundowdna.
