Mandrake Resources (ASX:MAN) has bought a lithium project in the US, near advanced project developer Anson Resources (ASX:ASN) in the Paradox Basin of Utah.

Fellow lithium brines developer Galan Lithium (ASX:GLN) will buy a 5% stake in MAN for $1.5m and “provide technical support”.

Charger Metals (ASX:CHR) is hitting high grade lithium in drilling at the Medcalf discovery in WA, with intercepts like 5m at 2.55% Li2O4 from 68m including 2m at 4.19% Li2O.

Mining services business Metarock (ASX:MYE) has sold the first panel of major equipment originally intended for the Gregory Crinum mining project to a third party.

And Origin (ASX:ORG) received a revised takeover bid from the Brookfield Asset Management consortium, which the board says “has the potential to deliver significant value to shareholders”.
