Extended reality (XR) tech company, Vection Technologies, has integrated world-famous AI chatbot ChatGPT with its 3DFrame advanced software, an enterprise app for immersive product presentations.

Vection Technologies (ASX:VR1) existing 3DFrame platform allows businesses to present their products in 3D and virtual reality, and with the integration with ChatGPT, businesses will be able to tie responses generated from the AI chatbot to their 3D models and animations.

This will essentially create an AI assistant for 3DFrame that provides real-time guidance and reduces training times and costs, with the benefit of consistent messaging and a more personalised learning experience.

“By training ChatGPT to understand the intricacies of 3D models, we can further increase the user experience in 3D and VR,” Vection Technologies boss Gianmarco Biagi said.

“Imagine a world where customers can interact with virtual assistants that not only answer their questions about products, but can also guide them through a virtual experience.”

Just the beginning

Biagi said the integration of ChatGPT with 3DFrame was just the beginning.

“In the future, we plan to explore the full potential of AI and its capabilities with 3D models,” he said.

“Vection Technologies is committed to pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the world of AI-powered VR and 3D software, and we are excited about the potential of ChatGPT, an advanced AI chatbot, and its integration with 3DFrame.”

“We look forward to continuing to innovate and create groundbreaking AI-powered solutions for businesses of all sizes.”

The move comes off the back of a partnership with nationwide bedroom retailer Bedshed, where VR1 will implement its 3D computer-generated imagery to showcase virtual bedrooms populated with Bedshed’s range of products.
