During his university career in aerospace engineering, Mr. Merli joined as consultant to the Italian branch of a NASDAQ listed world leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of high-performance analog, mixed-signal and digital signal processor (DSP) and integrated circuits (ICs) acquiring key knowledge of large company management processes.
