Australian Vanadium Limited (ASX:AVL) has secured Australian Government grant of up to $49 million to advance its namesake project.
The grant includes Bryah Resources’ (ASX:BYH) collaboration on the recovery of 16.1Mt grading 762ppm nickel, 212ppm copper and 231ppm cobalt from the tails stream.

Emerging lithium miner Sayona Mining (ASX:SYA) has completed its $200m placement at 18c/sh, sending the share price to 2023 lows.
The company says the cash will expedite the development of its northern Quebec lithium hub, centred on the Moblan project, where a 60km drilling program is underway.
It follows a C$50m raise via flow‐through‐shares (FTS) in March at 31.5c per share.
