Novonix (ASX:NVX), Syrah Resources (ASX:SYR) and Piedmont (ASX:PLL) were among 20 battery-focused companies to receive a share of $US2.8bn of funding from the US Government.
Data and insights company Pureprofile (ASX:PPL) rose after an upbeat quarterly update.
Pureprofile delivered $12m in record quarterly revenue for investors. EBITDA was $1m for the quarter, which was ahead of the company’s expectations.
Askari Minerals (ASX:AS2) inked an agreement with $US1bn Chinese company Zhejiang Kanglongda to develop AS2’s lithium assets in WA and the NT.
Small copper play R3D Resources (ASX:R3D) has appointed current board member and major investor Jihad Malaeb as chairman, who will also provide a $500,000 unsecured loan to the company “on attractive terms”.
