Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider Soprano Design has made an off-market takeover bid for all the ordinary shares in Software-as-a-Service (‘SaaS’) provider Whispir (ASX:WSP), which specialises in communications management systems, via a cloud-based platform for 48 cents per share … cash.

Ovarian cancer diagnostics company Cleo Diagnostics (ASX:COV)  says an article has been published in the peer reviewed journal Cancers on its triage test for ovarian cancer. The article concluded the test was highly accurate with 95% sensitivity, correctly discriminated malignant from benign samples and out-performed and was superior to current clinical methods.

AML3D (ASX:AL3) continues to win contracts in the US, announcing a new contract for a $2.5 million ARCEMY industrial metal 3D printing system for Cogitic, which is a supplier of complex, “cannot fail”, components and assemblies to the US Navy’s submarine program and wider US defence applications.

Buxton Resources (ASX:BUX) reported results returned from the first diamond drill hole have confirmed high-grade nickel sulphides at the Dogleg Ni-Cu-Co Prospect, West Kimberley Project in WA with 13.85m (true width 13.24m) at 4.35% Ni, 0.34% Cu, 0.15% Co from 177.34m, including 5.86m (true width 5.60m) at 7.47% Ni, 0.31% Cu, 0.25% Co from 179.08m.

QX Resources (ASX: QXR) has returned some of the highest-grade samples of lithium ever recorded in the Pilbara with reported assays of up to 3.8% lithia and 1.3% rubidium from rock chip samples at its Turner River project.

Anson Resources (ASX:ASN) says reconnaissance sampling program has identified widespread areas of pegmatites at the Mt Erong Prospect at the Hooley Well Project in Western Australia.

Victory Metals (ASX:VTM) says it has successfully produced a mixed rare earth carbonate (MREC) test product from clay samples taken from the North Stanmore REE project, ~10km north from the town of Cue in WA.

First Lithium (ASX:FL1) says its third hole at the Blakala prospect has hit three pegmatite intersections of f 15.3m, 53.25m and 5m, providing confidence that the drill program is exploring the correct locations within the strike zone.

Frontier Energy (ASX:FHE) is set to develop Western Australia’s first publicly available green hydrogen refuelling station on City of Perth-owned land.

After heritage approvals drilling is set to start at the Metal Hawk (ASX:MHK) priority one F-camp prospect in Yarmany, in the WA Goldfields, where exploration has identified a 1km-long pegmatite deposit with lithium grades of up to 1,268 ppm Li2O.

Titanium Sands (ASX:TSL) says binding land access agreements have been signed with landowners for the priority 1 zone of its Mannar Island heavy mineral project in Sri Lanka.

Arizona Lithium (ASX:AZL) says pad construction has started at the site of its first proposed direct lithium extraction facility at its Prairie project in Saskatchewan, Canada.

GreenTech Metals (ASX:GRE) says diamond drilling has kicked off at the Osborne JV tenement E47/3719, a joint venture held with Artemis Resources (ASX:ARV).

American West Metals (ASX:AW1) says further assay results from the summer reverse circulation (RC) drilling program have returned thick intervals of near -surface, high -grade copper mineralisation at its Storm Copper Project in Canada.

Pioneer Lithium (ASX:PLN) has expanded its Canadian Portfolio with the acquisition of the Benham Project, which is in north-west Ontario.
