Lithium project developer Anson Resources’ (ASX:ASN) signs a binding offtake deal with battery maker LG Energy Solution, which will buy 4000tpa battery grade lithium carbonate per year.
A.I. minnow YPB Group (ASX:YPB) raises $33,075 after costs at a small 5.6% discount to the 15 day VWAP via an At-The-Market (ATM) subscription facility with Dolphin Corporate Investments.
Kalina Power (ASX:KPO) appointed former CEO of Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Matt Jenkins as non-exec director.
And Adisyn (ASX:AI1) will sell its VMware cloud platform for a total consideration of up to $1.4 million cash.
