The Friday winner’s list was topped by AustChina Holdings (ASX:AUH), which followed up Thursday’s 57% rally with a gain of 45% to close at 1.6c.

AUH hasn’t had much news of note although it did receive a “final payment” of $110,000 today, which “concludes the cash component of the sale of Surat Gas Pty Ltd advised to ASX on 28 September 2018”, the company said.

Outside of resources, the best performer was semiconductor company Weebit Nano (ASX:WBT), which rose by around 20% after creating what it says is the “industry’s first commercial integration of an oxide-based ReRAM (OxRAM) cell with an ovonic threshold switching (OTS) selector”.

The integration marks a “critical step in the company’s commercialisation path for the discrete (stand-alone) memory market”, WBT said.
