Chesser Resources (ASX:CHZ) is an ASX listed Company actively exploring for gold in Eastern Senegal within the highly prospective Kédougou-Kéniéba Inlier (“KKI”).
Senegal is emerging as a highly prospective region for the discovery of large-scale orogenic gold deposits due to its favourable geology and lightly explored status. Chesser’s projects are ideally located within two highly prospective belts, with the Company having successfully located high-grade targets for further exploration.
Chesser is focused on exploring its three projects located in Eastern Senegal which cover over 400km2 on the gold-bearing Kédougou-Kéniéba Inlier, a northwest extension of the world-class Birimian greenstone belt that forms part of the West Africa Craton.
