Besra is a gold mining company focused on exploration and development of the Bau Goldfield in East Malaysia. The Bau Gold Project contains multiple brownfield exploration projects, and hosts a combined JORC 2012 Resource of 72.6Mt at 1.43g/t Au for 3.3 million ounces of gold as well as an Exploration Target ranging between 4.9 and 9.3Moz.

Besra’s US$300m funding agreement for its 3Moz Bau gold project with major shareholder Quantum Metal Recovery is very much live with the initial US$2m payment received and held in trust.
