The Unicorns Podcast connects you to some of the best and brightest founders, CEOs, executives, business owners, VCs and inspiring leaders who make things happen and inspire others.

Hosted by former broadcast journalist and PR veteran, Justin Kelly, we chat to leaders on the front line on how to get started, what it takes to build a successful business, how to overcome challenges, and advice for those on a similar journey.

In this episode, Justin talks with Greg Durack, managing director of emerging iron ore producer Juno Minerals (ASX:JNO).

Juno has received all of the necessary approvals for the development of its Mount Mason direct shipping ore (DSO) hematite project in WA’s mineral rich Yilgarn and is closing in on a final investment decision.

The company also plans to progress its Mount Ida magnetite project in the Yilgarn towards development once Mount Mason is in production. Mount Ida hosts the largest magnetite resource in the region and is one of the most technically advanced magnetite projects.

Greg talks about Juno’s advance towards production at Mount Mason, Australia’s richest woman’s foray into magnetite in the Yilgarn, increasing interest from Chinese steelmakers and the role of magnetite in greening the economy.
