Another year, another Black Friday and another record is expected.

The Friday after Thanksgiving has long been the American equivalent of Boxing Day as well as the following Monday (Cyber Monday).

In recent years Black Friday hit Australian shores as well and in 2019 it hit $27.9 billion. It also kicks off the broader Christmas shopping season.

Love or hate Black Friday (or maybe just feel like you’re ripped off the other 364 days a year), at least this year it will be safer in Australia.
