Emyria (ASXS:EMD): Up more than 50% in early trade on news it had secured firm commitments from new and sophisticated investors to raise $2 million (before costs) through an oversubscribed placement.
In conjunction with the placement, Emyria will initiate a non-renounceable pro rata entitlement offer to raise approximately $3.1 million (before costs) at the same terms.
Global Health (ASX:GLH): Up around 10% this morning on positive FY23 news, including Customer Revenue growth of 20% to $7.81 million, and Annual Recurring Revenue up 11% to $5.73 million.
BPH Energy (ASX:BPH): Up ~26% on news that the company that its investee company Cortical Dynamics has secured FDA 501(k) clearance in the US for its flagship Brain Anaesthesia Response Monitor (BARM) system version 1.
Asra Minerals (ASX:ASR): Up more than 25% early on news that the initial Stage 1 sighter metallurgy test work is nearing completion on selected drill samples from the Yttria clay-hosted REE deposit.
The company is also boasting a current cash balance of ~$2.4 million plus an additional ~$1.23 million potential value still held in equity interests.
Petratherm (ASX:PTR): Up 21% on word that step-out drilling has returned thick intercepts of high-grade rare earth elements (REE) mineralisation over a large area at Petratherm’s Artemis prospect in South Australia, such as 37m @ 1564ppm TREO from 15m, including 3m @ 2439ppm TREO from 21m, including 6m @ 2113ppm TREO from 27m, and 6m @ 2500ppm TREO from 36m.
Mont Royal Resources (ASX:MR2): Up ~25% early after achieving exploration success across two distinct areas at its Bohier and Léran projects, in Canada’s James Bay lithium district.
MTM Critical Metals (ASX:MTM): Rising ~20% early before settling, MTM has news of visual REE mineralisation identified in all drill holes from its maiden diamond drilling program at the Pomme project, Quebec.
Drilling indicates a very large mineralised system within the Pomme carbonatite complex, over a >2km2 area.
Cosmos Exploration (ASX:C1X): Cosmos is up 18% after it too found a spodumene-bearing pegmatite outcrop identified at the new Polaris Prospect, over an outcropping area of 40m by 20m, at the Corvette Far East lithium project in Quebec, Canada.
Black Rock Mining (ASX:BKT): Up ~14% on news of a non-binding MOU signed with Strategic Alliance Partner, POSCO comprising long-term fines offtake for Mahenge Module 2.
Additionally, POSCO is to provide an additional equity investment in BKT of up to US$40m, or a stake of 19.99% in BKT (whichever is lower, and subject to approval), and the companies are to explore additional opportunities to cooperate further.
Leo Lithium (ASX:LLL): Down nearly 50% this morning, returning to trading after voluntary suspension on 20 July, 2023. News is that the direct shipping ore (DSO) component of activities at the Goulamina lithium project in Mali has been halted, before discussions are held with the local government.
