Flexiroam (ASX:FRX) rose after completing a capital raising – at a premium to its closing price.

In resources, Consolidated Zinc (ASX:CZL) rose thanks to an off-take agreement while QX Resources (ASX:QXR) told shareholders it exercised its option over the Turner River lithium project in WA.

Less than a year since listing, Cashrewards (ASX:CRW) received a takeover offer and its shares also climbed Friday morning.

And BNPL company Laybuy (ASX:LBY) climbed after its latest market update.
