WHO’S LISTING?

RICHMOND VANADIUM TECHNOLOGY (ASX:RVT)

IPO: $25m at $0.40

The Horizon Minerals (ASX:HRZ) spin out is focused on the Richmond vanadium project in Queensland, where it plans to kick off a Bankable Feasibility Study – the most advanced of all economic studies — after listing.

The project is the largest non-titanomagnetite vanadium deposit of its kind (soft marine sediments) globally.

The company says it can produce a significant supply of vanadium for the steel and emerging energy storage markets over a 25-year initial life of mine (LOM).

St Barbara (ASX:SBM) – acquisition, associated capital raising.

Mayfield Childcare (ASX:MFD) – Non‐Binding Indicative Proposal previously announced by the Company on 1 December.

Frugl Group (ASX:FGL) – strategic partnership and capital raising

Pursuit Minerals (ASX:PUR) – acquisition and a capital raising

Terrain Minerals (ASX:TMX) – Clarification after the initial trading halt request from 09 December was signed off by Justin Virgin from European Lithium, instead of Terrain Minerals

Microcap explorer Argonaut Resources (ASX:ARE) said its uranium spin-out Orpheus Minerals (ASX:ORP) has been pulled from listing due to lack of interest. ARE still gained 100%.

Flynn Gold (ASX:FG1)  delivered another high-grade gold intersection at the Golden Ridge project in northeast Tasmania of 12.3m at 16.8g/t gold and 27.6g/t silver from 108.7m. That’s high grade.

Alloy powder producer Amaero International (ASX:3DA) signed a binding joint venture agreement for additive manufacturing and powder production in Abu Dhabi.

Greenvale Energy (ASX:GRV) completed a diamond drilling program at its recently acquired 80%-owned Georgina Iron Oxide Copper Gold Project in the Northern Territory.
