Dacian Gold’s (ASX:DCN) board has told investors that they should definitely take up an offer from Genesis Minerals (ASX:GMD) for the latter to acquire all the bits of Dacian it doesn’t already own. It implies a value of $0.235 per Dacian Share which prices the company at around $265m – plus the improved offer if Genesis acquires a relevant interest in at least 95.1% of Dacian Shares on issue works out to $0.27 per share or a value of $328m.

Black Mountain Energy (ASX:BME) has settled the $10.4m sale of its Half Moon prospect, a well in the Permian basin, currently held by subsidiary Seven Rivers.

Melodiol Global Health (ASX:ME1) subsidiary, Health House International, has delivered an unaudited net profit of $312,548 from Australian operations in the September quarter.

LCL Resources (ASX:LCL) has received the critical environmental licence for its Miraflores gold deposit, part of the company’s 2.6Moz Quinchia gold project in Colombia.

And Ballymore Resources (ASX:BMR) has flagged extremely high-grade gold results with individual assays up to 2206 ppb Au (2.2 g/t) returned from soil sampling over its Dittmer prospect in Queensland.

Belararox (ASX:BRX) says early exploration works and earthworks are underway plus three additional environmental impact assessments have been approved for its Toro-Malambo-Tambo project in Argentina.

Assay results showing up to 2.73% Li from rock chip sampling at the Falcon Main deposit have confirmed mineralisation across a 5km corridor at Battery Age Minerals’ (ASX:BM8) recently consolidated Falcon lithium project in Ontario, Canada. 

A maiden exploration program has already uncovered an extensive swarm of 85 pegmatite outcrops at the Pioneer Lithium (ASX:PLN) Root Lake project in Ontario.

Peregrine Gold (ASX:PGD) says soil sampling at the Pilgangoora North project has confirmed lithium up to 613ppm and caesium up to 313ppm.

Blue Star Helium (ASX:BNL) is raising A$7m at $0.021 per share to support development of its Voyager helium production plant which is targeted for completion Q4 2023.

And as part of the approvals pathway to development, the WA Environmental Protection Authority has advised that De Grey Mining’s (ASX:DEG) Hemi will be assessed on referral information followed by a public review process.
