Pinnacle Minerals (ASX:PIM) is set to acquire a 75% interest in the Adina East lithium project in the James Bay lithium district.

Battery Minerals (ASX:BAT) entered into a binding agreement to acquire the advanced Spur gold project, in the heart of the highly prospective Lachlan Fold Belt.

PPK Group (ASX:PPK) says subsidiary, BNNT Technology is significantly reducing the price of its Australian-made boron nitride nanotubes (BNNT) a “multi-use super material that can produce a ‘fibre’ 100 times stronger than steel but as light as carbon fibre, super flexible, more thermally conductive than copper, and able to sustain high temperatures of up to 1000 degrees without degrading” to around $150 per gram, down from the $400 per gram it was previously being sold at.

Volpara Health Technologies (ASX:VHT) has enjoyed its fourth consecutive positive net operating cash flow quarter, reporting NZ$1.2m.

And InteliCare (ASX:ICR) is undertaking its first pilot study in the healthcare sector with the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre to assess the accuracy of a remote patient monitoring (RPM) solution in two specific settings to the current standard of care in hospital.

St George Mining (ASX:SGQ) has secured a $3m strategic joint venture with lithium-ion battery producer, Amperex Technology Limited (ATL), for lithium exploration in WA.
