Raiden Resources is a dual ASX/DAX listed, transition metals/gold focused exploration company with an established portfolio of projects in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia, which is consistently rated as one of the best mineral resource jurisdictions in the world and.

The Company’s flagship project is the Andover South Lithium discovery, where the Company has mapped out a significant pegmatite field, adjacent to the Azure Mineral’s world-class Andover Lithium discovery. Raiden has defined similar potential, with pegmatites outcropping up to 50 metre widths, over a 3km strike and grading up to 2.7% Li₂O in outcrop. The Andover North, Arrow and Mt Sholl projects are also prospective for pegmatite hosted Lithium potential and provide the company with significant upside for further lithium mineralisation potential.

The Company is also advancing the Mt Sholl Ni-Cu-PGE sulphide deposit where the maiden mineral resource was announced earlier in 2023. The MRE of 23.4Mt @ 0.60% Ni_Eq/1.54% Cu_Eq) remain open along strike and to depth and is the basis for the JORC Exploration Target of 80 – 150Mt at a grade range of 0.45% – 0.75% Ni_Eq or 1.15% – 1.95% Cu_Eq.

KEY PEOPLE

Mr Davy is an Australian executive and Accountant with over 17 years’ experience across a range of industries. Mr Davy is currently a director and owner of a number of successful private businesses, which are currently all run under management. Mr Davy also holds directorships in several ASX listed companies, including Haranga Resources, Vanadium Resources and Arcadia Minerals.

Mr Ljubojevic is a geologist and executive with 18 years’ experience, which has included time working with major mining companies, junior explorers and private development companies. Mr Ljubojevic has extensive experience in project evaluations, asset commercialisation and execution of technical strategies and is also the co-founder of Raiden Resources, Haranga Resources (ASX), E79 Resources (CSE) and Sanu Gold Corp (CSE).

Ms Garic is a Chartered Accountant and Director of Onyx Corporate, a company specialising in company secretarial, corporate governance and financial reporting

Mr Ginn is an experienced mining executive and geologist of over 30 years based in central Canada. He is the founder of numerous exploration and mining companies and has led and participated in a variety of gold and base metal discoveries, many of which have entered production. Mr Ginn has led or was part of the discovery teams for the Gladiator, Hinge, 007, 777, Trout Lake, Photo, Edleston and Tartan Lake deposits and received the Quebec Discovery of the Year Golden Hammer award in 2018 for the Gladiator high grade gold deposit.
