Zenith Minerals (ASX:ZNC) has flagged “significant widths of gold and silver mineralisation” from assays from its deep diamond drill program at its 100% owned Red Mountain gold-mining project, about 390km northwest of Brisbane in central Queensland.

The results included 118m at 0.54 g/t gold and 11.9 g/t silver from 225m including 12m at 1.36 g/t gold and 4.93 g/t silver from 288m and 9m at 1.24 g/t gold and 6.30 g/t silver, from 323m. 

Zenith also notes it’s currently targeting its Intrusion Related Gold Breccia Pipe (IRG) discovery down to 400m below surface.

Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) approval has been received to operate RocketDNA’s (ASX:RKT) autonomous drone product (‘drone-in-a-box’) in Australia. 

The approval was given for two autonomous drone systems (DJI Dock System and Hextronics Global Drone Station), which includes Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) and Remote Operations.

Satellite and cellular tech company Beam Communications (ASX:BCC) reported record full year revenue of $40m, up 67% on the previous corresponding period (pcp).

Beam says it is benefiting from the growing demand for mobile satellite solutions worldwide. The global market is forecast to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7% to US$9.2 billion by 2030.

Big news for Triton Minerals (ASX:TON). Mozambique’s Minister of Energy and Natural Resources has granted the graphite explorer a 25-year mining concession for the Cobra Plains 5.7 Mt graphite project in the Cabo Delgado province in northern Mozambique.

Also in Africa, Arrow Minerals (ASX:AMD) has secured rights to earn a 100% interest in the Simandou North Iron Project in Guinea through a staged earn-in.

The project covers the northern extension of the Simandou Range, which is considered the home of the largest undeveloped high-grade iron ore deposit in the world, a Rio Tinto (ASX:RIO) and Chinese backed monster expected to hit a FID this year.

AMD has executed a binding term sheet  to acquire the remaining 39.5% interest in private Singaporean registered company Amalgamated Minerals Pte. Ltd, which holds majority interest in the project.

LCL Resources (ASX:LCL) has executed a binding tenement sales agreement with Papuan Minerals Limited, an unlisted public PNG exploration company, to acquire 100% ownership of two exploration licences – EL 2391 and EL 2560.

And Roolife Group (ASX:RLG)‘s new partnership with China-focused e-commerce company AULife International is already paying off after securing a $950k contract to source and supply products for Shanghai No.1 Pharmaceuticals.

Patrick Scallan, a seasoned lithium veteran with an impressive 25 years at the world-class Greenbushes mine, will join the board of recent IPO Lithium Universe (ASX:LU7) as a non-executive director.

Follow-up drilling at Prospect Resources’ (ASX:PSC) Omaruru lithium project in Namibia has returned excellent assays like 13m at 1.04% Li2O from 12m at Karlsbrunn Main, which remains open at depth and along strike.

Toubani Resources (ASX:TRE) raised $3.8m to accelerate development at its 2.4Moz Kobada gold project in southern Mali, West Africa – one of the most prolific regions for untouched gold in the world.

Metal Hawk (ASX:MHK) kicked off a major geophysical electromagnetic survey in the hunt for nickel sulphides at its Yarmany project in WA. Maiden drilling will kick off Q4 this year.

Australia’s largest independent manufacturer of aerospace composites Quickstep Holdings (ASX:QHL) entered a research collaboration to solve the problem of large-scale composites production.

The prospectivity of DeSoto Resources’ (ASX:DES) Pine Creek tenements in the NT continues to grow after rock chip sampling returned high grade copper-gold that extended the strike of the ‘Copperfield 4’ area.

Drilling by Riedel Resources (ASX:RIE) at Tintic continues to hit eyewatering grades close to surface – including a highlight 4.57m @ 25.7 g/t gold, plus silver, lead and zinc credits — ahead of a highly anticipated maiden resource.

A maiden diamond drilling program at Manning, part of Dalaroo Metals’ (ASX:DAL) wider Namban project, has hit copper sulphide and gold mineralisation west of Minerals 260’s Moora project.

ADX Energy (ASX:ADX) has welcomed news that the Austrian Science Fund (FFG) will fund A$0.6m for a major scientific project in the greater Welchau area within the ADX-AT-II licence in Upper Austria (FFG Project).

And Matsa Resources (ASX:MAT) has raised $2m to explore its large lithium portfolio in southern Thailand.
