SaaS company InteliCare (ASX:ICR) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Australia’s largest independent not-for-profit aged care provider Bolton Clarke to deploy the company’s AI-care drive platform in its residential aged care homes and retirement villages.

Fintech lender Plenti Group (ASX:PLT) and National Australia Bank will launch a “NAB powered by Plenti” car and electric vehicle (EV) loan. NAB may also acquire up to 15% of PLT’s share capital through placements and market purchases.

Equinox Resources (ASX:EQN) has applied for highly prospective ~1,760km2 rare earths tenements in Brazil to establish a newly defined Campo Grande project, and the company is raising $1.6m via a placement at $0.20 per share to fund preliminary exploration.

Cyclone Metals (ASX:CLE) metallurgical test work has produced blast furnace magnetite concentrate grading 68.7% iron from its Block 103 project in Canada.

Accelerate Resources (ASX:AX8) has identified at least two parallel zones of spodumene-rich, lithium-bearing pegmatite systems spanning the entire width of the tenement area at the Prinsep lithium project in WA.
