South African coking coal producer MC Mining (ASX:MCM) has received a takeover offer from two of the company’s largest shareholders – Senosi Group Investment Holdings and Dendocept.

Strickland Metals (ASX:STK) is expanding its drill program at Marwari, part of the Horse Well prospect at its Yandal gold project, with a further four diamond holes planned.

Pantoro (ASX:PNR) says October’s 2023 estimated gold production from its Norseman project has increased by a further 16% to 6,186 ounces recovered, compared with 5,325 ounces produced during September 2023.
