The Initial Public Offering is to issue a minimum of 35,000,000 Shares and a maximum of 50,000,000 Shares at a price of $0.20 per Share to raise a minimum of $7,000,000 and a maximum of $10,000,000 (before costs). The minimum raise of $7,000,000 under the IPO has been underwritten.
