Today’s leader, Alterity Therapeutics (ASX:ATH), went up over 800 per cent after saying it had received guidance from the FDA about the development pathway for its anti-Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) drug.

But that news actually came yesterday, leading to an ASX price query. The company had no explanation beyond yesterday’s news except for the spike it saw on its NASDAQ shares overnight.

More modest climbers today included Victory Mines (ASX:VIC), which announced an earn-in agreement over historical gold producing tenements in Western Australia, and retail data play Family Insights Group (ASX:FAM) after it said a recent project had been a success.
