Two ASX companies each fell 33 per cent in morning trading Friday, and topped the losers table, both without releasing any news.
They were Environmental Clean Technologies (ASX:ECT), and Xantippe Resources (ASX:XTC).
Environmental Clean Technologies has started to rebuild its Bacchus Marsh facility after a fire last October.
The company has spent $313,000 on property, plant and equipment linked to the rebuild, it said in its September quarter update.
Xantippe Resources went down despite releasing last week assay results for its recently acquired Southern Cross gold project in WA.
The assay results confirmed the company had intersected shallow gold intersections across its tenements.
