Timothy Goyder-backed play DiscovEX (ASX:DCX) announced a project acquisition, right next to tenements held by new gold developer Capricorn Metals (ASX:CMM),

As if this wasn’t good enough Capricorn has bought 12 per cent of Discovex for $1.2 million as part of a $3.5 million capital raising.
