Recharge Metals (ASX:REC) has recently acquired Newnham Lake Uranium Project, located in Canada’s Athabasca Basin, host to the world’s highest grade uranium deposits.
Geophysical data and historic intersections indicate strong prospectivity at Newnham Lake, and we believe this highly sought-after project presents an outstanding opportunity to make a new discovery.
DG Resource Management (DGRM) vended the project and is engaged as in-country consultant for technical and geological expertise and is overseeing the planning of the exploration program. DGRM holds ~16% of Recharge’s register.
In line with our green energy focus, Recharge also continues to advance the Express and Wapistan Lithium Projects in the James Bay Lithium Region, Québec, another world-class mineral province. Both projects boast numerous untested outcropping pegmatites, and are adjacent to known lithium mineralisation.
The company is fully funded to undertake concurrent exploration programs at Express and Wapistan Lithium Projects, as well as Newnham Lake Uranium Project.
