Mr Dobson is a mining leader with 35 years international experience in operational and corporate settings. He’s a specialist in executive leadership, operational strategy, high performing teams and establishing healthy organisational culture.

Mr Eames has a successful track record in the global minerals industry in exploration, evaluation, development, acquisitions, operations, marketing and senior corporate management. He is a qualified metallurgist with extensive experience in Australia and overseas and has held senior roles working with the iron ore businesses of Glencore, Rio Tinto and BHP.

Mr Eames graduated with a BA (Metallurgy)(Hons) from the University of Cambridge, UK. He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr Eames is a past and present Director of other Australian publicly listed companies including Universal Coal, where he is interim Chairman, and Sphere Minerals Ltd, where he was the Chief Executive Officer.

Mr Eames will perform an important role in guiding and advising the technical team undertaking the next phase of technical work advancing pre-feasibility studies for the low capital staged development of the Razorback High Grade Iron Ore Project (Razorback Project). Mr Eames as an independent Director will be a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

Mr Schubert was appointed Executive Chairman of Magnetite Mines on 3 September 2018.

Prior to this, he was an Executive Director responsible for the Company’s investor relations and capital development. He has also served as Non-Executive Director.

Mr Schubert is an entrepreneur with a track record of identifying, growing and developing businesses with a focus on the resources sector, with over 30 years of direct experience in international and domestic markets.

Mr Schubert has strong, established ties to the investment community, particularly in relation to the Australian resource sector and his experience includes manufacturing, investor relations, marketing and capital markets.

Mr Schubert was first appointed to the board on 17 December 2015 as non-executive director and appointed as Executive Director on 9 December 2016.

Mr Malcolm Randall (Dip Applied Chem, FAICD) has more than 45 years’ of extensive experience in corporate, management and marketing in the resources sector, including more than 25 years with the Rio Tinto group of companies. His experience has covered a diverse range of commodities including iron ore, potash brine, uranium, mineral sands and coal.

Mr Randall past Chairman and/or Director roles include Consolidated Minerals Limited, Titan Resources Limited, MZI Resources Limited, Northern Mining Limited,  Asia Minerals Corporation Limited, Iron Ore Holdings Limited, Summit Resources Limited and United Minerals Corporation NL. Current directorships include Hastings Technology Metals Limited, Spitfire Oil Limited and Ora Gold Limited. Mr Randall is the current Non-Executive Chairman of Kalium Lakes Limited. Kalium Lakes is likely to become Australia’s first domestic producer of sulphate of potash.
