Kevin made friends with computers and started programming at the age of 8 and has been a constant contributor to the open source developer community including the likes of GNU/LINUX, Firefox and Shells to name a few.

Kevin have also founded three companies that are here to serve a larger vision for how technology, its existence and its inclusivity will come together through Layer-One.X, Rewalty and Humanbot.

Founder and CTO of Layer-One.X which is a truly decentralised ledger solution that offers scalability and interoperability at its base layer with its innovative Proof-of-Participation based consensus mechanism powered by handheld and everyday computing devices. It offers the first of its kind interoperability (cross chain and cross blockchain) with its innovative custom atomic swap technology that can facilitate the growing need of Transactions per second and enable micro based payments and value transfer (through tokenisation).

Founder and CEO of Rewalty; Australia’s first and only blockchain based Loyalty program which provides an ecosystem for the hospitality industry with lowest food ordering merchant commissions in the world. In the process of growing Rewalty to be the only go-to hospitality app for customers and merchants.

Founder and CEO of Humanbot; Australian IT firm specialising in blockchain development.

Kevin is an expert in Core OS Development, Data Structures and Algorithms, Encryption Model Programming to name a few. Ability to code and program in more than 13 Languages.

His Academics are focussed towards how technology, its commercialisation and regulation can help achieve the progressive balance in creating a better world.

Derrick De Souza has a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Singapore (1976) and has successfully completed the Executive Development Year program run jointly by the Institute of Corporate Managers, Secretaries and Administrators and the University of New South Wales (1989). He has also completed the 2 year post graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment of the Securities Institute of Australia recognised by the Australian banking and finance industry and the Post Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning) recognised by the financial planning and wealth management industry in Australia. Derrick is an associate member of CPA Australia.

Derrick is a consultant to businesses for the past 17 years and his work experience includes working in various capacities in accounting, Australian and international taxation, auditing, international banking, insurance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring for stock market listings, valuations and strategic planning and financial advisory. He has worked in banking and finance in Singapore, Malaysia, London, Korea, Hong Kong, and Australia. He advises Asian clients on in-bound Australian investments and Australian clients on out-bound off-shore business investments.

From 2006 to 2013 Derrick was the Managing Partner of a mid-tier Accounting practice in Sydney. He is currently a non-executive director of Timah Resources Limited and of Actcelerate Investment Group Ltd (NSX code: AIG) and several private companies in Australia and has listed company board experience. Derrick is a Registered Tax Agent with the Australian Tax Agents Board and also holds a New South Wales Real Estate Licence.

Dato’ Teo Chee Hong is a man of determination and perseverance who has overcome various hurdles and obstacles along the journey of success spanning over 20 years, arming him with sharp business acumen and experiences beyond his years.

An innovative entrepreneur, driven by performance and passion for business, Dato’ Teo possesses excellent leadership and management skills with experience in managing and developing all aspects of business. He is the visionary founder of iSYNERGY Group, a pioneer in offline and online affiliate marketing in Malaysia since 2008. Through his passion and strong business acumen he has grown iSYNERGY from a small, Malaysian grown company into an international group of companies which is currently listed on Australia’s main board stock exchange, Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: IS3) since March 2017.

Despite significant presence in the business industry, having been featured on various national and international media outlets and accomplishing numerous success, he is still active and aspires to bring his company to greater heights and to reach new success. He envisions his company to the frontrunner of global digital innovation and is keen to forge synergistic and strategic collaboration with selected organisation to bring and create value for the community at large, as a way to give back to society.

Socially, Dato’ Teo is an avid golfer and is a member of various prestigious clubs, namely TPC Kuala Lumpur (aka. KLGCC), Tropicana Golf & Country Club and Royal Selangor Club. Golf is to him not just a mean of exercise but it is also a way to maintain sharpness and focus, as the sport requires dedication, focus and perseverance; all of which is not only executed on the golf course but also implemented in his daily life. Jeffrey holds degrees in law and accounting and has been a practising lawyer in Sydney, Australia for more than 30 years. He established the law firm of Comasters in 1994 and has been serving high net worth clients including major corporations, in the areas of corporate law, property law, litigation, immigration law, family law, probate and other legal areas. Jeffrey is also a Notary Public. Apart from English proficiency, he reads, writes and speaks Malay and Indonesian and speaks Hokkien, Mandarin and Cantonese. Jeffrey served for three years as president of the Australian Malaysian Singaporean Association. His interests include Asian history, health fitness and computer technology.
