Stockhead’s Sarah Hughan sits down with Miramar Resources (ASX:M2R) executive chair Allan Kelly to close the books on 2023 and gain a sneak peek into what’s around the corner.

It’s winner, winner, copper driller for the explorer after hitting pay dirt at its Whaleshark project east of Onslow in Western Australia’s Ashburton region.

“We drilled some diamond holes up there that were co-funded through the WA Government Exploration Incentive Scheme,” Kelly said.

“We intersected copper mineralisation in two of the three holes and that was pretty significant because it was the first time copper mineralisation had actually been seen at Whaleshark.”
