Taiton Resources is a mineral exploration and development company focusing on discovering mineral deposits. The company strategy is to focus on uncovering Mineral Systems which have proven mineralisation.
The Initial Public Offering is to issue a minimum of 35,000,000 Shares and a maximum of 50,000,000 Shares at a price of $0.20 per Share to raise a minimum of $7,000,000 and a maximum of $10,000,000 (before costs). The minimum raise of $7,000,000 under the IPO has been underwritten.
