SaaS tech provider to sports, leisure and hospitality sectors MSL Solutions (ASX:MSL) has recommended a 29.5c per share takeover offer from Pemba Capital Partners valuing the company at $119m.
That’s an 80.7% premium to the one-month volume weighed average price.
Lycaon Resources (ASX:LYN) is buying a project near WA1 Resources’ (ASX:WA1) big niobium-REE discovery at West Arunta region of WA.
Victory Goldfields (ASX:1VG) says its ionic clay rare earths discovery at North Stanmore is “developing into a project of significant scale”.
Video tech stock Linius (ASX:LNU) has inked a deal with Cricket Australia to “to create new content experiences from its archive” comprising +20,000 hours of content.
And red hot lithium stock Winsome Resources (ASX:WR1) will raise $6.8m at $1.67 a share – an unprecedented 98% premium to the last closing price.
$143m market cap WR1 is now up 215% over the past month.
