Dr Daniel Tillett has joined the board of smart energy Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company Simble Solutions (ASX:SIS).
Dr Tillett is the founder and CEO of Nucleics, a private Australian company producing and selling world leading DNA sequencing software to the genomics industry. Nucleics’ SAAS genomics tools are in use in more than 30 countries in 250 companies and institutions.
He is also executive director, chief scientific officer, and major shareholder of biotech Race Oncology (ASX:RAC).
Valor Resources (ASX:VAL) has met its commitments under the farm-in agreement over the ‘Hook Lake’ uranium project, 60km east of the Key Lake uranium mine in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan.
AVZ Minerals (ASX:AVZ) says it’s expediting the $US240m cornerstone CATH tech investment in its monster lithium ‘Manono’ project.
And fellow near-term lithium miner Liontown (ASX:LTR) has entered a supply deal with Elon Musk’s Tesla.
