Who’s listing today?

Scheduled to list is Cobram Estate Olives (ASX:CBO), which calls itself “Australia’s largest producer and marketer of premium quality extra virgin olive oil”.

Cobram owns +2.4 million olive trees planted on 6,584 hectares of farmland in Victoria, together with Australia’s largest olive tree nursery.

Lachlan Star (ASX:LSA) signed a term sheet with Liontown Resources (ASX:LTR) which would allow Liontown to earn 51% equity in Lachlan Star’s Koojan Ni-Cu-PGE prospect.

Battery company Novonix (ASX:NVX) announced Phillips 66 will take a 16% stake. The deal will result in Phillips 66 chipping in US$150 million and one of its executives joining Novonix’s board.
