Pharmaceutical wholesaler and retailer Australian Pharmaceutical Industries (ASX:API) received a takeover offer from Wesfarmers (ASX:WES).

In resources, Okapi Resources (ASX:OKR) came out on top after announcing deal to acquire a portfolio of large, high-grade uranium assets in the US.
