Mr Palmer holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Property from Curtin University, together with a Post Graduate degree in Mineral and Energy Economics from the WA School of Mines. Mr Palmer has circa 10 years’ experience in the capital markets, specialising in trading and analysis of small caps.

He is a founding director of Bluebird Capital, a project generation, investment and corporate advisory business, and was the original founder of the Mitre Hill Project, pegging the initial claim and divesting the asset to Resource Base Limited. He has built a comprehensive network and strong stockbroker relationships across Australia.

Mr Palmer is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Paul has a broad range of technical, financial and market experience achieved through more than 20 years working firstly as a geologist in mining operations in resource and production roles before a transition to capital markets as
a respected research analyst with global investment banks RBC and Goldman Sachs.

Paul has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons) from the University of South Australia, as well as an MBA from the Chifley Business School and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional.

Over 15 years’ as finance professional in the mining industry, most recently as CFO and Company Secretary of Resource Base Limited (ASX:RBX) and Pathfinder Resources (ASX:PF1).

Holds a CPA, Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management.

25 years’ experience as geologist and geophysicist in gold, base metal, tin and tungsten exploration across Australia
and SE Asia.

Has held exploration and in-country management roles,
and has significant experience working with government, regulatory and local community stakeholders.
