US share markets fell into the red after the US-Nth Korea talks ended without resolution (who’da thunk), and there was a lack of updates on the US-China trade talks.

The ASX Small Ords jumped 17.5 points to 2,782.70 at 12pm AEST, an increase of 0.65 per cent.
Here are the big movers among small cap stocks for today, February 28.
9 Spokes International (ASX:9SP) is showing just how valuable a partnership with Microsoft can be.

As part of this program, Microsoft incentivise their sales teams to co-sell the 9 Spokes platform into “key global banking communities”.
And project development study has put a rocket under Aspire Mining (ASX:AKM), sending its share price up 31.5 per cent by midday EST.
