MTM Critical Metals (ASX:MTM) is acquiring Flash Metals and its three exploration licenses prospective for niobium and rare earth elements (REE) in the West Arunta region of WA.

Oldfields (ASX:OLH) has appointed Clear Port Distributors as its sole and exclusive distributor in the United States of its Paint Tools and Accessory products and Oldfields manufactured scaffolding. 

Chilean lithium giant Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile (SQM) has agreed to pay A$10 million for a 75% interest in five of Novo Resources (ASX:NVO) prospective lithium-nickel tenements in the West Pilbara.

Sarytogan Graphite (ASX:SGA) has produced its first spheroidized graphite from the Sarytogan graphite deposit in Central Kazakhstan.

And wearable sensor health tech company, Dorsavi (ASX:DVL) has signed two new contracts with a US hospital system and US university for a total value of ~US$113,000.

Lithium Universe (ASX:LU7) says the engineering study by Hatch on its Québec Lithium Processing Hub (QLPH) multi-purpose, battery-grade lithium carbonate refinery is progressing at an outstanding pace. 

A review of historical drill data has revealed some potentially significant magnetite iron opportunities at Miramar Resources (ASX:M2R) Whaleshark project in WA. 

Lake Resources (ASX:LKE) has released the Phase 1 Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) for the 10.6Mt LCE Kachi lithium brine project in Argentina,  targeting production of consistent battery grade lithium carbonate (>99.5% purity) on site at Kachi, without the need for further refining or processing.

Maximus Resources (ASX:MXR) has announced a 160% upgrade to the Hilditch and 21% upgrade to the Larkinville resources at its Spargoville gold project in WA, taking the combined group gold resources to 335,000 oz.

Jindalee Lithium (ASX:JLL) says the prefeasibility study is progressing well at its McDermitt project in the US, with metallurgical test work results due any day now.

SQM and Hancock Prospecting have teamed up to buy Azure Minerals (ASX:AZS) at A$3.70 per share, which values the company at around A$1.70 billion.

And Summit Minerals (ASX:SUM) has completed geochemical soil sampling for lithium and other battery minerals at its Phillips River lithium project in WA.
