MRG Metals (ASX:MRQ) has been granted a new exploration licence – Corridor North 10779L – over its over Heavy Mineral Sands (HMS) project in Mozambique.

The board of breast cancer imaging device company Volpara Health Technologies (ASX:VHT) has stated the recent takeover offer from Lunit of $1.15 per share in cash, worth around $300 million, ‘provides the most compelling value for shareholders’ and has now entered into a scheme implementation agreement with Lunit.

RTG Mining (ASX:RTG) has confirmed multiple styles of mineralisation and more encouraging gold and copper grades at its 90% owned Chanach gold-copper project in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Wide Open Agriculture (ASX:WOA) German subsidiary, WOA Germany, has sold and delivered its first order of lupin protein isolate since the merger.

And Lion One Metals (ASX:LLO) has reported new high-grade gold results including 1986.23 g/t Au over 0.6m from ongoing infill and grade control drilling at its Tuvatu project in Fiji.

Argenica Therapeutics (ASX:AGN) is progressing its Phase 2 clinical trial in acute ischaemic stroke (AIS) patients, with the manufacturing of its ARG-007 drug substance now complete. 

New Age Exploration (ASX:NAE) has reached the end of its 21-hole shallow RC drilling program, testing multiple lithium-caesium-tantalum (LCT) pegmatite targets similar to other spodumene-rich deposits in the area such as Wodgina, Pilgangoora and Andover.

Maximus Resources (ASX:MXR) has completed the first phase of exploration under its US$3m Lefroy lithium project joint venture with the Korea Mine Rehabilitation and Mineral Resources Corporation (KOMIR), reporting high-grade intersections of up to 1.72% Li2O.

Brightstar Resources (ASX:BTR) has uncovered numerous outcropping pegmatites over +3km at its Menzies gold project in WA.

Cyclone Metals (ASX:CLE) says the first phase of metallurgical test work from its flagship Block 103/Iron Bear magnetite iron ore project in Canada has produced direct reduction grade magnetite concentrate with 70.6% Fe. 

Basin Energy (ASX:BSN) is gearing up for phase two drilling at its Geikie uranium project in Canada’s Athabasca Basin in Q1 2024. 

Sultan Resources (ASX:SLZ) has submitted a program of works to facilitate drilling to test the Calesi magmatic nickel prospect in Q1 2024.

QX Resources (ASX:QXR) has confirmed that brines were successfully intersected in the first hole of a two-hole diamond drill program over its Liberty lithium brine project in California, USA. 

Spartan Resources (ASX:SPR) has reported a 43% resource increase at its Dalgaranga gold project to 21.15Mt at 2.49g/t gold for 1,692,600 ounces, comprising 5.16Mt at 5.74g/t gold for 952,900 ounces from the Never Never deposit and 15.99Mt at 1.45g/t gold for 739,800 ounces from the Gilbey’s complex. 

And Lanthanein Resources (ASX:LNR) says two company directors have completed a site visit to the Lady Grey lithium project, confirming the presence of an outcropping quartz core pegmatite 400m west of Covalent Lithium’s (SQM & Wesfarmers) Earl Grey Mine.
