The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has approved European Lithium (ASX:EUR) move to combine its Wolfsberg project in Austria with Sizzle via a newly-formed company named ‘Critical Metals Corp’ which is expected to be listed on NASDAQ under the symbol “CRML.

Mineral sands miner Astron Corporation (ASX:ATR) has inked a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with Energy Fuels Resources to jointly develop the 2.6 billion tonne Donald rare earths and mineral sands project in Victoria.

Advanced Health Intelligence (ASX:AHI) will receive a $2,278,757 R&D tax refund from the Australian Tax Office for its smartphone biometric health assessment.

Aurumin (ASX:AUN) has wrapped up the sale of its Mt Dimer gold mining leases to Beacon Minerals and has received firm commitments to raise $1.25m via a placement at $0.025 per share.
