ASX Small Cap Lunch Wrap: Who’s bouncing back today?

On Monday, the ASX had its best day in four months.
The ASX200’s 2.6 per cent surge reversed last week’s 2.9 per cent tumble – which was the Aussie market’s worst since mid-April.
The spark was a favourable Federal Budget, due to be handed down tonight, and an ostensibly healthy(er) looking President Trump, who left hospital just three days after being admitted with worsening COVID-19 symptoms.
