Stocks opened up firmly in the green this morning with 780 up, 209 down and 1112 unchanged.
Leading the charge were a couple of food and beverage stocks. One was Fiji Kava (ASX:FIJ) which announced a new collaboration agreement.
Eve Investments (ASX:EVE) rose with a positive update about its sales to China.
Battery metals play Australian Mines (ASX:AUZ) also rose with an update. The company has begun bench-scale production of cathode precursor materials for NCM-style batteries widely used in electric vehicles.
Medtech Osprey Medical (ASX:OSP) got European approval for the latest generation of its DyeVert device.
