10 at 10: These ASX stocks are leading the herd this morning
Stockhead’s Top 10 at 10, published at 10.15am each trading day, highlights the best (and worst) performing ASX small caps in morning trade using live data.
It’s a short, sharp update to help frame the trading day by showing the biggest movers in percentage terms.
The market opens at 10am (eastern time) and the data is taken at 10:15am, once every ASX stock has commenced trading.
Stocks highlighted in yellow have made market-moving announcements (click headings to sort).
Leading the charge was Minbos Resources (ASX:MNB) which has a phosphate project in Africa. The company appointed DRA Global to conduct a definitive feasibility study for its project.
Texas-focused oil play Brookside Energy (ASX:BRK) rose after telling shareholders all necessary surface equipment for production at its Mitchell well was in place.
And the ASX’s only virtual reality stock Vection (ASX:VR1) announced it had joined the Facebook ISV program.
Timothy Goyder-backed DiscovEX Resources (ASX:DCX) fell after exploration results.
It told shareholders the lateral and strike extensive nature of its gold anomaly “is yet to be fully explained with further work required to understand its distribution and source”.
