Holders of Bastion Minerals (ASX:BMO) are pleased with the company’s announcement this morning regarding its decision of an early exercise of Canadian lithium option “pursuant to the Binding Heads of Agreement (HOA) with the shareholders of Austek Resources”.
This is in order “to acquire three highly prospective lithium property packages located in Ontario, Canada”, writes the exploration minnow, noting the negotiation of “significantly more favourable acquisition terms” on the company’s behalf.
Odessa Minerals (ASX:ODE) has confirmed the presence of extensive pegmatites in the Robinson Bore and Eastern lithium anomalies at the Lockier Range project in the Gascoyne Region of Western Australia.
The exploration gem also detailed further lithium and REE exploration plans and the appointment of a new exploration manager and geoscience services team.
It’s a record year on the books expected by satellite and cellular tech company Beam Communications (ASX:BCC), which says it is likely to meet its full-year guidance of about $4 million in earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation, and revenue of approximately $40 million – significantly ahead of its FY22 revenue of $23.7 million.
RLF AgTech (ASX:RLF), a tech-driven plant-nutrition company, has entered into a strategic carbon alliance with the Commonwealth Bank, inking a deal for prepayment of carbon credits.
RLF will sell its first 50,000 Australian soil carbon credit units (ACCUs) to be generated from a pilot program via a CBA forward payment agreement.
