They’re focused on the critical minerals required for energy storage, electric vehicles and renewable energy. Their strategy involves acquiring, developing and producing critical mineral deposits essential for a renewable and sustainable future, including: Solar, a Hydrogen power fleet and Vanadium Redox Batteries.

Their flagship tenement is the Lindfield Vanadium and HPA project which covers 295km² in the Julia Creek area of northwestern Queensland, Australia. The tenement lies within the vast Toolebuc Formation, a sedimentary unit covering a large area of Queensland. This formation is recognised as one of the largest vanadium deposits in the world.

Alan has extensive knowledge of the Mining Industry accumulated through involvement with Mining technology companies, government agencies and major international Mining companies in promoting Australian mining and developing global trade.

  • Scott Drelincourt, Managing Director & CEO

    Mr Drelincourt was appointed as the Managing Director and CEO in August 2021.

    Mr Drelincourt has over 16 years of experience as a General Manager, Executive, Geologist and Consultant.

    Mr Drelincourt has proven executive and management skills through strategic, board-level decision making and planning, redefining of company’s strategies, guiding businesses, and successfully adding measurable value to assets.

    He is experienced in working with various entities, including Government, Media, Shareholders, Investors and Stakeholders. He is highly skilled in business development, including asset evaluation for investments and divestments, due diligence reporting as well as research and development programs.

    His experience has spanned across multiple commodities and countries, having worked for junior, mid-tier to tier-one mining companies in greenfield, brownfield through to mining operations. In recent years his focus has turned to critical minerals which has seen him work for several private and ASX listed resource companies with experience in the Julia Creek Toolebuc formation where he has undertaken scoping studies, define maiden resources and develop production strategies for Vanadium resources.

  • Art Malone, Non Executive Director

    Mr Malone was appointed as Non-Executive Director in May 2022.

    Mr Malone is an Energy and Resource Executive with a background in engineering compliance and management. With over 15 years in the resource sector managing large scale projects for both private and listed companies and currently the Peak Helium and CopperCorp Managing Director.

    Mr Malone is currently completing a Master of Engineering Management, Business Administration and Management through Southern Cross University.
