ChemX is developing materials to enable the energy transition and decarbonisation processes through the development of its HiPurA HPA technology, the Kimba Kaolin / Halloysite project and Jamison Tank Manganese project.

  • Mark Tory | Chief Executive Officer

    Mark Tory is a Chartered Accountant with over thirty five years of professional experience in the mining industry and accounting professions.
    Mark was CEO at Northern Minerals Limited (a heavy rare earth mining and exploration company) for 2 and a half years after seven and a half years as CFO. Prior to Northern Minerals, Mark worked at Crescent Gold Limited as Managing Director following on from his role there as CFO. Prior to Crescent, Mark worked eight years with Anglo American Exploration, the last four as Vice President of Finance responsible for global exploration for copper, nickel, zinc.

  • Stephen Strubel | Executive Director

    Over 10 years’ experience working in financial markets predominantly with Paterson’s Securities.
    Substantial experience in ASX and ASIC compliance, control and implementation of corporate governance and statutory financial reporting.
    Bachelor of Business in Banking and Finance/International Trade and Graduate Certificate in Business (Finance) from Victoria University and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Australian Institute of Business and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.

    Mr Hazeldine has more than 20 years of capital markets experience from working with a range of ASX-listed companies on investor relations activities to attract capital and grow shareholder value.
    He has worked predominately in the natural resources sector, focusing on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and secondary capital raisings. In recent years, he has played a key role in several lithium, hydrogen and battery metal transactions.
