According to Fox News analysis, Biden interrupted Trump 49 times and moderator Chris Wallace 18 times, for a total of 67 times.
Trump interrupted Biden 71 times and Wallace 74 times, for a total of 145 times.
In September, Wall Street recorded its first monthly declines since March, but the major indexes still had a great quarter overall.
European markets finished flat yesterday but were boosted by Total SE — the latest oil supermajor to hike investments in renewable energy and electricity, amid gloomy long-term prospects for oil demand.
The ASX is rebounding strongly from yesterday’s losses. The ASX 200 Index was up +90 points, or 1.59 per cent, to 5,908.3 points by midday EST.
